Context
I built Stitch to help shoppers
make better
choices when purchasing
clothing. As
brands chase higher margins, quality
materials are
replaced with synthetic
fibers, often without shoppers realizing it.
Stitch uses AI recognition
to show users
what fabrics they're paying for

How it works
I wanted to make the material makeup of each garment clear and easy to access, so customers always knew exactly what they were paying for.
Users can search for a clothing item by name or upload a photo to instantly see its material breakdown.

I won't tell you what to wear, but
I'll tell you what you're wearing
Fabric and material composition directly affect a garment’s quality and long-term durability, and environmental factors play a role as well. Having the right information makes it easier to make better purchasing decisions.
